    We are seeking a motivated senior-level VP of Marketing to join our executive leadership team. This leader will play a crucial role in aligning marketing efforts with corporate strategy and business development while contributing to product development initiatives.

    The VP of Marketing will shape the company’s global brand and drive revenue growth through innovative demand generation, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships. They will collaborate closely with the sales team and leverage unique satellite data to support clients in addressing water loss and hazardous water accumulation that affect essential infrastructure.

    The ideal candidate will be an early to mid-level professional with a passion for driving impactful change in the water sector and a proven ability to deliver results.

    *This position offers a compensation structure that includes both a base salary and a commission plan.

    Responsibilities

    Corporate Strategy & Market Positioning:

    Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans.

    Collaborate with the CEO, corporate strategy, business development, and product development teams to identify new market opportunities.

    Shape competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market frameworks for emerging EO solutions.

    Brand & Thought Leadership:

    Establish the company as the leading provider of EO insights through branding, storytelling, and executive communications.

    Drive public relations, analyst relations, and media outreach to expand market visibility.

    Represent the company at key industry conferences, panels, and customer engagements.

    Business Development & Partner Engagement:

    Work closely with the business development team to identify strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and co-marketing opportunities.

    Support federal and commercial sales teams with enablement materials, case studies, and compelling value propositions.

    Develop targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs to engage enterprise customers, government agencies, and global markets.

    Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Execution:

    Lead product marketing strategies in close collaboration with the product development team to translate complex EO solutions into market-ready offerings.

    Define market segmentation, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks that resonate with key verticals.

    Ensure the successful launch of new products and services with coordinated demand generation, content marketing, and sales enablement initiatives.

    Growth & Demand Generation:

    Develop a multi-channel demand generation strategy spanning digital marketing, inbound/outbound campaigns, paid media, SEO, and events.

    Optimize lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention strategies through data-driven decision-making.

    Implement marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) to scale campaigns efficiently.

    Leadership & Team Building:

    Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and execution excellence.

    Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment between marketing, sales, product, and business development.

    Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure and optimize marketing impact.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualification

    Education: Master’s in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

    Senior-Level Experience:

    10+ years of marketing leadership in high-tech, aerospace, geospatial, AI, or SaaS industries.

    Track record in B2B marketing, corporate strategy, and enterprise sales enablement.

    Deep experience in product marketing, demand generation, and partner marketing.

    Strong ability to work cross-functionally with corporate strategy, business development, and product teams.

    Expertise in government, defense, and commercial market strategies is a plus.

    Senior-Level Experience

    Experience in the public sector, particularly with water-related projects, to understand market dynamics and stakeholder needs.

    Industry Knowledge

    Understanding of industrial water loss challenges, especially in innovation-resistant environments.

    Advanced knowledge of churn reduction tactics with proven experience in account retention strategies.
