  • Responsibilities

    The Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing operational activities and upholding the values of the organization. Duties include consulting with executive leadership to determine business goals or initiatives, ensuring development and implementation of goals and day-to-day operations, and planning for future needs of the organization to foster the continued success of the team.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees the daily workflow and external, client-facing communications.
    • Supervises, directs, and evaluates the Executive Assistant’s and Recruitment Coordinators’ workflow.
    • Coaches and counsels team members when faced with challenges, tracks process, and partners with CEO/COO regarding termination decisions.
    • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates training of new team members.
    • Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided, including training for Recruitment Coordinators’ transition to recruiting.
    • Engages in relationship building and management of clients and key leaders within organizations in order to foster continued satisfaction and future business.
    • Partners on or leads business development conversations with potential new business.
    • Presents periodic reports and updates to the Chief Executive Officer and other executive leadership.
    • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop company goals and establish strategic direction of the organization.
    • Implements and communicates strategic direction to team while providing expertise and oversight on projects and systems.
    • Partners with VP of Client Growth on business development initiatives, social media strategies, and related projects
    • Coordinates communication with external partners, such as marketing agencies and software vendors
    • Develops and oversees external communications, such as social media channels, websites updates, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
    • Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies and standards to ensure effective and consistent execution, such as maintaining ATS and Shared Drive
    • Identifies and implements new processes and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and procedures.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    $170,000 per year
