    Position Overview:

    Degree Wellness has embarked on an exciting national franchise expansion, and we need a hardworking, collaborative, and process driven individual to lead our franchisees through critical phases of onboarding, operations, and financial performance management.

    The Vice President of Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the company. This influential leader will manage a team of support staff dedicated to the success of franchise owners nationwide. Rooted by strong company values, this key position will help develop and execute on the operational road map needed to meet the company's long-term goals.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement scalable operational systems, processes, and best practices to support rapid franchise growth

    Lead new franchisees through training and onboarding to ensure a smooth studio launch

    Collaborate with Franchise Owners to optimize studio performance, identify challenges, and drive continuous operational improvements.

    Partner with leadership to build and refine franchisee training programs, operational playbooks, and support systems.

    Maintain consistency in brand standards, customer experience, and operational excellence across all franchise locations.

    Ensure the operations team is fully staffed with top performers and provide strong, consistent, and positive leadership by selecting, training, and developing talent to support the organization’s growth

    Serve as the primary liaison between the corporate team and franchisees, fostering strong relationships and alignment.

    Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, operational guidelines, and industry regulations.

    Work hand in hand with the franchisor support team, including franchise business consultants and marketing.

    Drive initiatives to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall franchise network performance.

    Requirements:

    5+ years of operational leadership in a franchise environment

    Strong financial expertise, including the ability to analyze P&Ls and drive business growth

    An naturally inspiring leader who motivates and supports franchise partners

    A collaborative problem-solver who excels in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

    Success in creating systems of all kinds (including technology) to support operations

    Experience leading and building great teams in growth-oriented franchised organizations

    Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

    Confident in making strategic decisions while continuously seeking improvement

    Other Considerations:

    25% business travel
