Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations/healthcare management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in operations/healthcare management and the RCM industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the healthcare RCM industry.
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, expanding into new markets, and leading successful cross-selling initiatives, while also driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and optimizing processes in a complex, multi-company environment.
Strong understanding of RCM processes, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities.
