Our client, a leader in a niche portion of the construction/architecture industry is looking for a VP of sales to lead sales strategy and growth. This role demands someone who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be in collaboration with the CEO, other high level members of the organization, and work with them to create an aggressive growth strategy while preserving their values.
Location: 2 days onsite per month preferred in Lexington, KY; remote possible if 3+ hours away
Ideally, you've grown multiple organizations in doubling or tripling revenue in the course of your tenure.
Exposure to Salesforce is a plus.
