    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Leading pricing and contracts teams to meet service level expectations and align with business goals.
    • Managing the customer service team to ensure excellent internal and external interactions.
    • Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
    • Analyzing complex data to support strategic decision-making.
    • Reporting on performance metrics and driving continuous process improvements.

     

    About You

    • Be able to do the job as described.
    • Experience leading sales operations in the generic pharmaceutical market; 10 plus years.
    • Familiarity with SAP, Vistex, and Salesforce.
    • 10 plus years of experience leading a team.
    • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
