    International hardware provider and innovator seeks Sales Director to manage a team of reps in North America. Qualified candidates must have at least 15 years of sales experience and at least half those years in a current sales leadership role.  Experience in ruggedized hardware is also REQUIRED.. This is a player/coach role.  Must have a proven track record of building and leading teams and a track record of increasing revenue.  Candidates must reside in the Eastern United States. They offer a base salary and commission, with first year income of $250K - $275K or more.
