    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand customer base and solidify existing customer relationships.
    • Collaborate with senior management to identify and develop new market opportunities.
    • Lead, motivate, and support a high-performance sales team; set and monitor key performance metrics.
    • Negotiate contracts with large clients and establish a framework for service-level agreements.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
    • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain an ethical approach to sales.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales leadership, specifically in the food manufacturing or related industry.
    • Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in the food industry.
