ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

As an ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, you will provide direct support for client partner relationships. The primary objective of this position is to develop and maintain healthy and profitable relationships with VSG’s client partners, ensuring excellent retention and viability of those associations. The AC will own the mindset that partnering to help our teammates, client partners, vendors & extended networks become successful will in turn help VSG be successful.
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to the following:
· Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients
· Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our services/deliverables according to client needs and objectives
· Acquiring a thorough knowledge of clients’ industries, businesses, and key stakeholders
· Communicating thoughtfully, strategically, and energetically with clients through emails, phone calls, and document sharing software
· Working closely with the design, development, marketing, and executive teams to ensure all strategy and deliverables align with the client’s goals, budget and timeline
· Keeping a client’s big picture goals top of mind and looking for ways to ensure client health & retention
· Partnering with the Business Development team to seek out opportunities for new and expanded business with existing and prospective clients
· Maintaining client satisfaction and expectation management through timely updates and ensuring the work is delivered with excellence, efficiency and on budget
· Using & daily updating project management software and working closely with the Accounts & Executive Team to ensure client projects run smoothly
· Effectively communicating and presenting ideas and solutions internally/externally in dynamic and compelling ways
· Reviewing and delivering final content to clients
· Participating in and leading standing calls/meeting internally and externally
· Work cross-functionally with leadership team and departments
· Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Team
Experience & Skills:
· College Degree preferred
· Proven work experience (3+ years) as an Account Coordinator, Client Relations Coordinator, Client Services, or similar role (agency experience preferred.)
· Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Familiarity with digital marketing, including creative content and social media (preferred)
Details:
Full-Time position. Monday- Friday flexible work schedule.
VSG is headquartered in Tacoma, WA. This position can be in-person, hybrid or virtual for the right candidate.
