Job Title: Full-Time Valet Attendant

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Valet Attendant to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests.

Position Summary:
The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient valet services to guests. This position requires a high level of customer service, professionalism, and safe driving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.

• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage as needed.

• Provide information about the hotel, surrounding area, and directions if requested.

• Maintain a clean and organized valet area.

• Complete vehicle inspection forms and log vehicle information accurately.

• Follow all safety and driving policies.

• Communicate effectively with hotel staff and other valet attendants.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record required.

• Ability to drive manual (stick shift) and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.

• Previous valet or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
