RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations attend weekly team meetings with your peers across the country.
Take daily direction from assigned regional General Manager (GM)/Sales Leader
Complete assigned projects as they are requested to support your regional markets.
Act as first point of contact for sales reps and sales manager/GM for Salesforce related questions inclusive of Lead management, Contract (CPQ) order entry/change and payment management and case follow-ups. Willingness to offer one to one training on the platform.
Complete Salesforce CPQ and chargent order (payment) creation for GM and reps as assistance is needed.
Assist the GM with lead management for receipt and distribution of corporate leads across multiple markets, including receiving lead notification, assigning within “Speed to Lead” SLA, as well as reassignment of leads in Salesforce.
Support the local market leader in the handling of house accounts, including client contact and support. Development of key account and high priority local agency-level sales presentations, including research, demographics, My Market Analyzer (MMA), assembling PowerPoints, customizing w/ client logos and coupons, excel sheets, etc…
Support local Collections and A/R management, including reviewing and disseminating aging reports, monitoring Salesforce Chargent Dashboards and assisting reps with A/R communications with clients, contacting clients directly as needed, etc…
Coordinate the processing of Solo Mail proposals and campaign execution for the region, working with vendors, Ops, reps and billing.
Support sales leaders and reps with client relationships and follow up, including follow up to collect creative, confirm copy and graphic changes, send proofs to clients after review and follow up to confirm approval, assisting reps with local layout entry in MDC at month-end so reps spend time selling at deadline.
Liaison between the region’s markets and Home office operations and billing support departments.
Assist with Call Tracking Number and digital performance research and analysis and other issues jeopardizing revenue or creating upsell opportunities.
Support new rep onboarding and set up, as well as supporting all sellers with ongoing training and support of Valpak products, operational and systems, e.g. Salesforce.com and My Design Center, freeing local sales leaders to focus efforts on developing seller sales aptitude and other revenue generating priorities
Assist GM with the administration of regional markets inclusive of; tracking and payouts of local sales contests, coordinating sales meetings & materials.
When a rep leaves the company, handling account transition and local operational issues
Local order administration and ad proof management to ensure quality and give selling time back to sales leaders and reps. Heavy emphasis on QC as monthly/bi-weekly mailings are finagling. Examples include:
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of proven success in a sales support role
Experience in print and digital advertising sales preferred.
College degree is preferred, but not required.
Role is 100% remote, work from home. Computer and equipment will be provided, but a dedicated work area in your home will be necessary.
