BDR SALES ASSOCIATE

VANN YORK HONDA IS HIRING FULL-TIME BDR SALES ASSOCIATES TO RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS FOR CUSTOMERS TO MEET WITH OUR DEALERSHIP'S SALES TEAM. Automotive BDR/Dealership experience or customer service/call center/telemarketing experience is preferred. We provide excellent training!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our products
• Promptly respond to phone, email and internet inquiries from potential customers seeking information about product availability and pricing.
• SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS FOR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO MEET WITH OUR SALES TEAM
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, etc.
• Update customer database
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Automotive BDR / BDC / dealership experience is preferred
• Customer service/telemarketing/call center experience is preferred
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
• A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
