** Job Summary:

**

The Maintenance and Tooling Technician, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, will primarily be responsible for conducting machining, fabrication, in-house tool and part production, and general maintenance tasks at Courion's facility and machinery.

** Job Requirements:

**

• Prior experience of 3 years in industrial maintenance and fabrication

• Basic understanding of electromechanical theory and troubleshooting, including the use of meters and knowledge of voltage, phases, and resistance

• Preferred experience in plumbing, carpentry, wiring, and machining

• Proficiency in using a pipe bender, pipe/tube cutter, and threaders

• Accurate reading of various types of gauges and meters

• Basic skills in welding machine and MIG feeder repair

• Experience with CMMS

• Familiarity with lockout and tagout procedures

• Strong commitment to safety

** Job Duties:

**

• Maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, plumbing, and electrical and mechanical systems

• Carpentry work and mechanical metal work on machines

• Troubleshooting and repair of welding equipment, hydraulic shears/press brakes, and CNC machines

• Repair of handheld electrical production tools and air hand tools

• Address and resolve minor repair requests from employees in the office and plant

• Maintenance of high-pressure hydraulic equipment

• Monitoring the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance
