Join Our Team as a PRN PICC RN in Ellensburg, WA! Peak Mobile Vascular Access is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Ellensburg and surrounding areas. We are the only mobile PICC provider in the region and proudly serve rural and facility-based patients across Kittitas, Yakima, Benton, and Franklin counties.

This flexible PRN vascular access nurse position is perfect for independent, reliable clinicians who value clinical precision and mobility.

About Peak Mobile Vascular Access

We specialize in ultrasound-guided PICC and Midline insertions delivered directly to facilities and patients' homes. Our company is founded by experienced clinicians and built on a foundation of quality care, autonomy, and real-world experience in vascular access.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to mobile requests for PICC and Midline catheter placement across Ellensburg and nearby areas

Travel to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and in-home settings

Perform ultrasound-guided insertions using sterile technique and evidence-based protocols

Maintain clear documentation and timely communication with care teams

Represent Peak with professionalism in rural and clinical environments

Qualifications:

Current Washington RN license in good standing

1+ year of recent experience in vascular access, including PICC and Midline placement

Proficient in ultrasound guidance and sterile technique

Strong communication skills and clinical decision-making

Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Prior experience in mobile nursing, infusion therapy, or home health

Familiarity with rural healthcare environments

Certification in VA-BC, BLS, ACLS a plus (but not required)
