    Washington State has some of the highest rates per capita of Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) and amputations in the country. Combining best in class wound care technologies, along with advanced, early Vascular Screening and treatments with minimally invasive office based procedures, this partnership will include leading providers in wound care along with a well-established, successful integrated wound care and Vascular Medicine Practice. Community Vascular Washington will treat those with severe PVD, prevent amputations, and improve the outcomes of tens of thousands of patients.

    Main Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):

    · Support the Vascular Surgeon in our vascular & wound clinic

    · Provide quality outpatient nursing care

    · Perform and document nursing procedures per company policies

    · Assist with administrative and clinical tasks Provide pre-op instructions to patients via phone in advance

    Perform intake history, checking for any changes for return patients

    Obtain base line vital signs and EKG tracing to initiate admissions process

    Perform physical assessment (as appropriate) on patients scheduled for procedures and document findings

    Report any abnormal findings with colleagues and physician

    Monitor patient during and following any procedure

    Maintain adequate supply and inventory levels

    Abide by infection control best practices and policies

    · Be a leader in motivating and encouraging patients and patient caregivers

    · Provide clear direction to achieve goals, creating an environment that fosters team commitment and employee engagement

    · Attend regularly scheduled team meetings for continued training, team building, and leadership development

    · Accomplish other tasks as assigned

    Skills required to succeed:

    · RN licensed in working state (WA required)

    · This fast-paced position requires standing for extended amounts of time, including moving and positioning heavy equipment; occasional lifting and pulling is required when assisting patients

    · Critical care, and/or surgical experience (highly preferred, but not required); extensive training available

    · Must maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and safety

    · Leadership qualities with the ability to work well within a team of healthcare providers

    · Proficient in MS Office (specifically Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word)

    · Must be self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and able to work/schedule appointments independently

    · Ability to respond appropriately to constant change in priorities and services

    · Acute attention to detail with a strong, self-sufficient work ethic

    · Excellent organization and use of time management skills

    · Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people through both verbal and written communication lines

    · Must be trustworthy, honest and have a positive and professional attitude

    Compensation: $55.00 - $60.00 hourly DOE

    This position is classified as: Hourly, Non-Exempt; Part-Time ‘as needed’ employment

    Hours: Typical hours are Monday through Friday; varied hours between 8:00am – 5:00pm, no nights, weekends
