    We want a team player who wants to be compensated well ($60,000 - $90,000) for a job well done, can follow a simple process over and over again with consistency and service-orientation, and who genuinely cares about the customer experience.     The Vehicle Acquisition Manager is an essential role for our company. You are the life-blood of our business. We generate hundreds of leads per month, and 5-10% of those leads end up selling to us. We need you to help turn those leads into happy, transacting customers!

    Here Are The Main Job Duties

    RESPONSIBLE TO LEARN

    The use of our CRM, to communicate, follow up, and track interactions with our clients.

    The use of our Appraisal Tools and third party vehicle valuation tools to assess the values of vehicles.

    The use of Buy Center Word-Tracks for inbound and outbound telephone conversations.

    Our well-researched, time tested vehicle buying process

    Basic vehicle knowledge.

    RESPONSIBLE TO DO

    Reach out to 100 clients per day using a 4-prong communication approach.

    Set 2-3 appointments per day with proper range and expectation.

    Purchase 16 to 24 cars per month.

    Obtain a 5-Star Google rating from 60% of your transacted customers.

    Appraising vehicles in all weather conditions at times.

    Complete all required DMV paperwork for the purchase of the vehicle, and vehicle payoff if required.

    Accurately maintain the purchase and tracking logs to reflect purchases.

    Take a “Happy Car Seller” photo after the purchase and forward it to the Team and the Photo/Social Media team.

    Attend weekly Buy Center team training.

    Attend 1-on-1 meetings with the manager.

    Here Are The Preferred Skills & Attributes

    At least 3 years of customer-facing experience (more preferred)

    Outstanding verbal and written communication is a must. (You'll be communicating all day long)

    Mathematical and Critical Thinking skills

    Strong emotional intelligence

    High school diploma required. College degree preferred but not necessary

    Demonstrated experience in following clear processes / procedures

    Must be able to type 30 WPM with 95% accuracy. Must possess basic computer and internet skills

    Strong, consistent work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work well with others

    Ability to adapt and learn new systems and processes in an ever-changing environment

    Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required

    Must be able to work on Saturdays

    No auto dealership experience is required

    Compensation & Benefits

    Expected yearly income of $60,000 - $90,000
