  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Within the Vehicle Motion Division we design and develop state-of-the art safety and motion solutions for passenger cars, light trucks, and up to medium heavy trucks. Vehicle Motion provides solutions for mobility through steering, braking, occupant safety, and vehicle dynamic sensors. Vehicle Motion is also a leader in the software and services that will support the future of Software Defined Vehicles.

    Overall support to the Commercial Vehicle customer team. Team members will help the candidate to learn sales functions and activities in the automated driving and electrification space for commercial vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Commercial: quotes, transactions, price maintenance, volume tracking
    • Salesforce interface
    • Profit management activity
    • Resource management and tracking
    • Prototype management and coordination
    • Continuous improvement projects
    • Sales Strategy Support
    • Department organization related support
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Current undergraduate (Junior or Senior preferred) or graduate student, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Automotive Technology
    • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unofficial transcript required at time of application)
    • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner
    • Structured problem solving methods
    • Adept in MS Office Suite with high competency in Excel (Vlookup and Pivot)
    • Must be able to work 20 - 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
    • Strong computer skill in MS Excel/Word and Database processing
