  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated student to support our purchasing team for Vehicle Motion (VM).

    • Project Management for customer projects including achievement of project goals (cost, quality, deadlines, budget and capacity) incl. PPL & PPM roles, incl. ramp-up management until handover to NA4 team (QGC5).
    • Close interaction with GPM (Global Part Family management), virtual part family leaders, customer project team at Guadalajara & Plymouth, other M/PU functions, and cross-functional interfaces such as PJM, MechPL, sales, etc.
    • Manage acquisition projects for both teams / locations
    • Revision & alignment of PPS (product related part family strategy) strategy for virtual part families in alignment with VPF leader, and RBU
    • Support in change management, and ratio project planning (RPP)
    • Support in localization of purchased parts according to localization strategy
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering related field.
    • 3.0 GPA minimum.
