As a Vehicle Wrap Installer at Synergy Grafix, you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality vinyl wraps on a variety of vehicles, including fleet vehicles, cars, trucks, and trailers. Your role will involve surface preparation, precise application of vinyl graphics, and ensuring a flawless, professional finish. If you are motivated, take pride in craftsmanship, and want to be part of a supportive and dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities: • Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning the vehicle, removing small parts like door handles. taillights and mirrors. • Apply vinyl wraps and graphics to various vehicles, including cars, trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles. • Ensure precision and quality in alignment, trimming, and finishing to create a seamless, professional look. • Remove old wraps or graphics safely without damaging vehicle surfaces. • Work with design team and project managers to understand job specifications and meet client expectations. • Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as heat guns, squeegees, and cutting tools. • Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring no bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment. • Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace. • Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. • Follow company safety guidelines and procedures to prevent damage to vehicles or materials. This role requires attention to detail, a steady hand, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision • Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands for smooth application • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude • Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines • Comfortable working with tools such as heat guns, squeegees, cutting knives & tools • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ✅ Preferred (but not required) Qualifications: • Experience in vinyl wrap installation, auto detailing, or similar hands-on work • Knowledge of different vinyl types and application techniques • Familiarity with design files and basic measuring skills • Experience with large-format printing and cutting equipment Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
