INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Inside sales representatives selling technology solutions, and services to customers. Sales representatives will focus on inside sales, which involves reaching out for new clients while in an office setting. Follow up on incoming and outgoing leads. Inside sales representatives will guide customers, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Velocity Merchant Services is committed in providing the support and training you will need to drive success and financial rewards. Inside sales reps are friendly, well-spoken and ready to close the deal.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Inside sales representatives will need to be able speak to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.

• Able to handle/overcome objections by providing clients with information and emphasizing the benefits of the services we provide.

• Must be able to generate new business by outbound calling.

• Responsible for closing deals.

• Present our clients with new products and services offered by our company.

• Responsible for customer follow-up

• Maintaining detailed notes in our database

• Work independently in a fast-paced work environment

• Excellent oral communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS FOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Arabic)
• Previous sales experience a plus
• Your determination to succeed matches our desire for you to succeed
• You are flexible and self-motivated

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
