We are a local refreshment services company servicing the Charlotte and surrounding areas. We are expanding and growing constantly and looking to grow our team in order to meet the heightened demands of our business. We are currently looking for a route driver to service our refreshment services accounts. These would include vending machines, micro markets and coffee services.

Responsibilities: -Drive and operate a box truck -Replenish and manage inventory at the designated accounts on your route daily -Provide high quality customer service interactions with customers on site -Load your truck daily with product to run the designated route -On site technical service for minor equipment malfunctions

This is a Monday-Friday job with standard operating hours being between 8-12 depending on your proficiency and speed.

This job is paid on a commission basis for the amount of product sold at all of your accounts for the route that you manage. Baseline commission is 12%, then it goes to 14.5% for any sales beyond the minimum. There are also other bonus incentives. Pay can fluctuate depending on season, as sales will dip during holiday weeks and during the summer time. We guarantee a minimum of $775 a week no matter how low sales drop, but standard operational procedure is $1154 a week with minimum sales being met. On an annual basis you can expect to make anywhere from $50,000-$80,000. No experience is required, but it is preferred.
