Responsibilities:
Responsible for the over-all functioning of all vending machines and related equipment
Responsible for machine and micro-market readiness, pre-delivery set-up, programming, transport, and installation
Participate in determining machine/micro-market lay-out/design, actual on-site device placement, and machine efficiency
Repair, install, and adjust vending machinery and distribution systems
Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Serve as a customer service representative to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Valid Class C drivers license and good driving record required
2-3 years customer service and/or related experience
Previous experience in machinery or other related fields; experience in vending machine repair strongly preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Perform other related duties as assigned
