Job Description

The Influencer Relations Associate will report to the Sr. Manager of Influencer Relations to help grow the Vericast Influencer Network, manage influencer relationships, and support influencer campaign success. The ideal candidate will have a background social, be results-driven, have exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrate success identifying industry trends and building strong relationships. They will be a strong communicator, as they will need to communicate and balance priorities, requests, and various stakeholders for multiple campaigns at one time.

Key Influencer Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with the strategy and account management teams to collaborate on client needs and drive successful influencer marketing campaigns.
• Lead influencer outreach/recruiting, contract/compensation negotiations, hiring and communications.
• Create recommended influencer/creator one-sheets that are aligned to clients’ campaign vision and goals.
• Edit and proofread influencer materials to support client review and approval process.
• Monitor hired influencers’ social accounts to ensure follow through on agreements and approved content.
• Act as a liaison between client/campaign management team and influencers/content creators.
• Support paid media team by organizing creative assets for influencer media campaign set up.
• Support positioning of Vericast as a leader in the influencer marketing space.
• Stay on top of influencer and social trends and suggest new ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in influencer campaign management with an agency or CPG brand (required).
• Prior experience must include influencer outreach, negotiating, and management (required)

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of prime social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship/community building skills.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, including copy editing.
• Comfortable problem solving and driving multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Efficiently manage time to execute tasks in a timely manner.
• Team player who knows when to ask for help and escalate matters.
• Proactive and detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with project management and influencer management softwares (i.e. ClickUp, Tagger, CreatorIQ, Impact, SharePoint, etc.).
• Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience managing UGC development
  • Experience working with influencers on Pinterest and/or Snapcat
  • Experience with personal or brand content creation/editing
  • Experience with photoshop

Additional Information

Salary: $58,000 - $68,000

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
