Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience required.
- One-year property/casualty insurance background desired.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
- Good oral and written communication skills required.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and follow-up skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be a team player, quick learner, self-motivated with good problem-solving, critical thinking skills and work ethic. Effective interpersonal and listening skills, telephone etiquette, good oral and written communication skills, proofreading skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under time constraints, multi-task, and adjust plans in the face of changing priorities.
- Motivated to enhance and improve processes.
- Continued desire and ability to learn.
- Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
