JOB DESCRIPTION

We have immediate remote openings for EXPERIENCED technicians with the ability to read and understand mechanical claims. We are offering the opportunity to work with high line vehicles from the comfort of your own home and expand your future with the company!

Veritas Global Protection Services is a Vehicle Service Contract company located in downtown Phoenix. We are rapidly growing and looking for the right people to grow with us. AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, but claims experience is not!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling incoming claims calls from repair facilities requesting claim authorizations.

• Investigating claims based off terms and conditions of a mechanical service contract

• Utilizing automotive skills and knowledge to negotiate part pricing, labor rate hours, and rendering an approval or denial of a claim (making a decision)

• Follow up on all claims for a timely claim resolution

• Researching specific automotive issues using AllData and Mitchell to verify processes

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma
• ASE CERTIFICATION is preferred, but not required
• Combination of technical knowledge and work experience in the automotive field is preferred.
• Good customer service skills
• Comfortable working remotely
