Position Overview:
As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of wireless products, services, and accessories. Your success will directly impact your earning potential and the store's growth. This position reports to the Store Manager and offers opportunities for growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for their lifestyle.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a best-in-class in-store experience, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on the latest wireless products, services, industry trends, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Drive Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers.
Manage Transactions: Accurately complete all sales paperwork, process customer payments, and handle transactions through our POS system.
Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and create loyal customers.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
