    Job Description

    OUR BUSINESS FOCUSES ON REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT IN BOTH SINGLE FAMILY, AND MULTIFAMILY, DISTRESSED ASSETS. THE MAJORITY OF OUR BUSINESS IS BUILT AROUND FINDING, ACQUIRING, AND EITHER HOLDING, OR FLIPPING, UNDER-VALUED PROPERTIES FOR A PROFIT.

    BASED IN NATICK MA, WE CURRENTLY IDENTIFY PROPERTIES LOCATED IN SOUTHERN COLORADO, AS WELL AS, GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN. OUR TEAM CURRENTLY CONSISTS OF FOUR REMOTE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPS. YOU WILL BE WORKING CLOSELY WITH OUR GENERAL MANAGER TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES.

     

    AS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT YOUR ESSENTIAL ROLE IS TO DEVELOP LEADS, AND BOOK APPOINTMENTS FOR FURTHER DISCUSSIONS, AND ULTIMATELY AN ACQUISITION OF THE PROPERTY.

     

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • CONTACTING REAL ESTATE HOME OWNERS AND ASCERTAINING THEIR PAIN POINTS, PRIORITIES, MOTIVATION, AND REASON(S) THEY WOULD BE SELLING THEIR HOME

    • ESTABLISHING RAPPORT W/HOMEOWNERS

    • ANALYZING PROPERTY VALUATIONS AND COMPARABLE SALES

    • DATA ENTRY

    • COLLABORATING WITH MEMBERS OF THE TEAM

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AS SALES COORDINATOR INCLUDE:

    • INBOUND LEAD COMMUNICATION

    • SELLER LEAD DATA ENTRY INTO OUR COMPANY DATABASE

    • SELLER LEAD DATA MAINTENANCE AND ORGANIZATION INSIDE

    • WORKING WITH ACQUISITIONS TEAM TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS AND SENDING OFFERS

    • BASIC PROPERTY VALUATION ANALYSIS

    • OUTBOUND FOLLOW UP TOUCHES TO SELLER LEADS (CALLS, TEXTS, EMAILS,)

    • PROVIDING STRATEGIC ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT FOR OTHER TEAM MEMBERS

    • BUILD, IMPLEMENT AND MANAGE ALL SYSTEMS FOR CLIENTS, LEAD GENERATION, DATABASE MANAGEMENT AND BACK OFFICE SUPPORT

    • CRM MANAGEMENT

    • COMPILE AND DISTRIBUTE WEEKLY/MONTHLY MAILERS TO PROSPECTS AND CLIENTS

    • MANAGE THE CONTRACT TO CLOSE PROCESS, DEALING WITH BUYERS/SELLERS AND TITLE COMPANIES/ATTORNEYS TO MAKE SURE ALL PARTIES COMPLETE THE TRANSACTIONS.

    • CREATE, MAINTAIN, UPDATE, AND USE OUR OPERATIONS MANUAL, THE PLAYBOOK, THAT DOCUMENTS ALL SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES

    • DRAFTING AND MANAGING CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATIONS ON BEHALF OF THE OTHER TEAM MEMBERS AND EXECUTIVES, AS APPROPRIATE.

    • SETTING UP ESIGNATURE DOCUMENTS AND ENSURE PROPER COMPLETION.

    • BOOKING TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS AND RECORDING EXPENSES.

    • PLANNING AND EXECUTING VARIOUS TEAM EVENTS AND OFF-SITES

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • ONE OR MORE YEARS OF REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE. PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH AN INVESTMENT COMPANY OR REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE OR LEASING AGENCY IS IDEAL.

    • DATABASE MANAGEMENT/CRM MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

    • FRIENDLY, OUTGOING, PROBLEM SOLVING PERSONALITY

    • SUBMITTING YOUR RESUME, OUTLINING YOUR PAST WORK EXPERIENCE.

    • PROVIDING REFERENCES FROM PAST EMPLOYERS.
