POSITION SUMMARY: The eMASS System Steward role is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of a system record(s) in the eMASS GRC tool to take a system through the RMF steps into continuous monitoring. This role requires interaction with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to establish and maintain Authority to Connect (ATC) agreements that support the Electronic Health Record Modernization solution. ATC packages require preparation of inventory records, security documentation and other evidence that meet DHA criteria. Responsibilities include registering a system, assigning user roles to generate an RMF Security Authorization Package, completing system-level information, managing the system's security categorization, creating POA&M Items, documenting Control Correlation Identifier (CCI) compliance and Control implementation status, uploading and managing artifacts, and initiating workflows and package submission. The majority of the work revolves around correctly documenting and maintaining the control and CCI entries and managing POA&M items. Use your strong understanding of security controls and proper evidence of implementation to be successful in this position. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

EDUCATION: BA or BS degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline and 5 years' experience in a professional work environment or 13 years of experience in a professional work environment lieu of education.
CLEARANCE: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
