POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Great Communication Skills

• Proficient computer knowledge - Windows, MS Word, etc.
• Bilingual in Spanish - a plus
• Compensation: Hourly Rate 40+ hours a week

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Provide quality customer service
• Verbal and Online Customer Communication (scheduling/ rescheduling, resolve questions, follow ups)
• Technician assistance
• Data entry for jobs (customer communication, adjustments, information regarding job, etc.)
• Other office duties as may arise from time to time

Monday: 7:00a-3:45p

Tuesday: 7:00a-3:45p

Wednesday: 7:00a-3:45p

Thursday: 7:00a-3:45p

Friday: 7:00a-3:45p

Saturday: OFF

Sunday - OFF

SCHEDULE B :

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: 10:00a-6:45p

Wednesday: 10:00a-6:45p

Thursday: 12:15p-9:00p

Friday: 12:15p-9:00p

Saturday: 12:15p-9:00p

Sunday - OFF

SCHEDULE C:

Monday: 12:15PM-9:00PM

Tuesday: 12:15PM-9:00PM

Wednesday: 12:15PM-9:00PM

Thursday: 10:00AM-6:45PM

Friday: 10:00AM-6:45PM

Saturday: OFF

Sunday - OFF
