Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time base salary range: $140-200,000 base for 40 hours/week. Commensurate with experience level and skillset.
- Part-time options available
- Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
- Relocation/commitment bonus up to $50,000 x 3 year commitment.
