    Lake Forest Animal Hospital located on the outskirts of Lynchburg, Virginia is looking for a Veterinarian to join our team!  We are located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway in a historic, highly recreational community bordered by the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

    Lake Forest Animal Hospital's veterinarians and support staff team are tenured and fun to work with!  Lake Forest Animal Hospital has gained a reputation for its excellent care, recently earning the Lynchburg Living Bronze award for their level of dedication.

    Highlights:

    • 2 full-time doctors seeking a 3rd

    • Brand new, separate dentistry suite

    • New kennel facility, fully separate from the hospital - reduces hospital noise levels

    • Doctor team is passionate about staff learning and development and optimizing flow; they are wonderful partners to VetEvolve’s Learning & Development team.

    • Surrounding area has endless opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors and fresh air due to its proximity to the Blue Ridge Mountains

    Who we are looking for:

    • Full-time, part-time or per diem Veterinarian
    • New graduates seeking mentorship and experienced veterinarians welcome
    • Collaborative veterinarian who keeps up to date on new developments in veterinary medicine

    What we offer:

    • Base salary for experienced, full-service skilled veterinarians 140-175k+
    • Don’t want a production plan? No problem! Straight salary and no negative accrual monthly production plan options available.
    • Additional bonus plan based on hospital achieving growth targets
    • Up to $25,000 in relocation and commitment bonuses

    Qualifications:

    • Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an AVMA accredited university upon hire
    • Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
    • Active Veterinary State License upon hire

    $100,000-$160,000 per year
