    Mixed Pet Veterinary Hospitallocated in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our growing team.

    Our team includes a dental residency trained veterinarian and brings decades of experience and a passion for tailoring care to each patient and client. We are proud of our collaborative team and low turnover rate. This stability allows us to provide consistent, high-quality care and fosters strong relationships with clients and their pets.

    Whwe are seeking:

    • Full-time or part-time small animal veterinarian skilled in soft tissue surgery.
    • Collaborative veterinarian who stays current on new developments in veterinary medicine.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Full-time, experienced veterinarian with strong surgical skills base salary: $130-150k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.
    • Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Earning potential 200k+. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
    • Relocation stipend
    • Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment
