    We are a busy small animal practice with 7 vets who treat dogs, cats, and exotics including ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, snakes, lizards, and birds.

    We are a privately owned hospital who have continued to grow in our community since we opened in 2012 - we are currently expanding our building which we are very excited about!

    Ideal candidates will have relevant veterinary or medical experience and possess strong customer service skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, excellent work ethic, organizational skills, and who can competently work in a fast-paced environment. Veterinary receptionist experience is preferred. Duties include checking patients in and out, answering the phone, scheduling, sending and following up on emails, obtaining patient histories, preparing exam rooms, medical record creation and maintenance, client education, follow up calls, filling prescriptions and various record keeping, and maintaining positive long-lasting relationships with our clients.

    We have a great team of staff and so we are looking for a candidate who is reliable, kind, compassionate, energetic, and gets along well with others. We have zero tolerance for any toxic behavior. We create long-lasting relationships with our clients and their pets so it is important for us to hire a candidate who is friendly and welcoming. With a supportive and team-based focus, we are passionate and dedicated to the highest level of patient and client care.

    We have a unique schedule that offers a balance of personal and work balance. Our team operates on a set schedule, consisting of three 12-13 hour shifts per week. We have two teams that alternate their schedules weekly. Team A works on Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 7 am to 7:30 pm, and the following week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the same hours.
