Responsibilities:

Provide responsible leadership for a professional staff,

Hiring, onboarding, and retaining staff and HR duties

Training, and goal-setting for staff

Timely, appropriate, and professional communication with staff

Adhering to all HR legal responsibilities and state and federal employment laws

Maintain function of the hospital equipment

Order office supplies

Help staff comply with all logs, rules, regulations, and reporting

Perform financial management, debt collection

Handle clinic finances, and budgeting

Participate in the practice’s strategic planning process and actively work to operationalize strategic initiatives to move the practice forward

Assist in processing payroll and creating schedules
