    Allied Veterinary Specialists (AVS) of Daytona, Florida is searching for an energized board-certified or residency trained, board eligible internist to join our 24-hour care specialty center. AVS is well established with an exceptional reputation as the surgeons and emergency service have served the North Florida and South Georgia communities for over 15 years.

    AVS Daytona is a new referral hospital that is bolstering vast referral support as the only specialty hospital in east/central Florida. Our specialty center is equipped with digital radiography, color-flow doppler ultrasound, flexible and rigid endoscopy, a complete laboratory, oxygen cages, an on-site CT, an off-site MRI, and a full-service diagnostic and therapeutic emergency service that has been established for over 15 years.

    Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must as our group is a fun and young energetic team that is highly focused on outstanding patient care, exemplary client and referring veterinarian service, and progressive growth. We are interested in adding a team member who can integrate into a synergistic hospital that provides the highest quality of medicine while maintaining our focus on work-life balance.

    Our AVS Daytona team currently includes two surgeons, an anesthesiologist, and a fully equipped emergency staff. We are very active with continuing education seminars in the community and lunch-and-learns within our rDVM hospitals. We are a privately owned specialty hospital with the support of over 150 referring veterinarians.
