    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Marketing Coordinator for Maricamp Animal Hospital will play a vital role in driving new patient acquisition and enhancing client retention through targeted lead-generation strategies and community engagement initiatives. This position involves managing all marketing disciplines with an emphasis on social media content, supporting the front desk team in converting incoming leads, and overseeing the marketing budget to ensure alignment with revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong marketing background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for animal care, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional veterinary services while fostering lasting relationships with our clients..

    OBJECTIVES

    Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients through targeted marketing campaigns, community outreach, and partnerships. Track and analyze lead sources to optimize acquisition efforts.

    Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms to increase brand awareness, educate pet owners, and promote hospital services. Monitor social media trends and analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategies.

    Identify community events and execute engaging memorable experiences that will create engagement to grow the database and gain new clients and provide a proposal to leadership to determine involvement.

    Produce and share a mix of compelling thought leadership, staff, and client video content weekly, maximizing reach and engagement through strategic distribution across all social media platforms and targeted outbound campaigns.

    Maintain and optimize email and other marketing systems to facilitate proactive patient communications, ensuring a mix of timely updates, educational content, and personalized messaging that enhances client engagement and drives appointment bookings

    Consistently source and secure glowing client 5-star reviews per month

    Act as key stakeholders for our third-party business consultant, Cardone Ventures, and work in collaboration with the leadership team to execute recommended action plans

    Design marketing collateral as needed

    Document best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the marketing department

    Utilize performance data to make informed recommendations on marketing tactics. Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to optimize results.

    COMPETENCIES

    Proven experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of campaign strategy to support new patient and revenue goals.Experience developing marketing campaigns that align with the hospital's wellness services and long-term care offerings. Understanding of different pet owner demographics, including high-income individuals who prioritize animal wellnessStrong Data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities, including knowledge of data reporting, KPI tracking, and experience with website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google SO, SEMRush).Proficiency in managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and in-hospital promotionsExperience in optimizing landing pages, and user funnels, and conducting A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.Strong organizational skills with the ability to tightly manage campaign timelines and multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration and professionalism.Solid understanding of best practices for video content, photography, graphic design, and copywriting to ensure high-quality deliverables.Holds self and team members accountable for principled decision-making, consistently implementing the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.Takes ownership of results and their impact on the team, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    3-5 years proven experience in a healthcare or veterinary setting, other service-based experience may be consideredBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field desired. Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

    Expected work hours: 40 per week

    Schedule:

    Rotating Day shift, 40 hours per week to be scheduled during business hours

    Business Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday, 8am-1pm.
