Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
• Maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling and confirmation of appointments
• Prepare, record, and maintain any required documents or medical records
• Keep hospital facility disinfected, organized and neat
• Obtain deposits and payments from clients
• Utilize computer systems like email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs
• Educate clients on veterinary services and care

_ The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of experience!!_

_ Being able to exude a welcoming environment and having great work ethic is a must!_

Available Schedule: Full-time position, must be open to working on Saturdays or Sundays

• We are open: M-F 7am-7pm
• Saturdays 8am-5pm
• Sundays 9am-4pm
