Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
• Maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling and confirmation of appointments
• Prepare, record, and maintain any required documents or medical records
• Keep hospital facility disinfected, organized and neat
• Obtain deposits and payments from clients
• Utilize computer systems like email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs
• Educate clients on veterinary services and care

Must have at least 1 year of CCR experience in a veterinary hospital, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with clients!

Available Schedule: full-time position, MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

• We are open: M-F 8am-6pm
• Saturdays and Sundays 9am-6pm
