Responsibilities May Include But Are Not Limited to: admitting patients for procedures and exams, animal restraint, maintaining animal records and documenting conditions and updates, obtaining medical history from clients, venipuncture including catheter placement, administering PO, SQ, IM, and IV medications, monitoring anesthesia, filling prescription's, completing laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging, ensuring cleanliness/disinfecting areas of the hospital, and educating clients on veterinary medicine
