    The Talent Source is pleased to partner with a leading services provider entering a phase of transformative growth in the search for a visionary Vice President of IT to architect, implement, and scale a secure technology foundation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic leader will join the executive team and steer the digital roadmap to support new market opportunities, service lines, and potential M&A initiatives.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Technology Strategy & Transformation
    • Define and execute a future-forward IT strategy encompassing ERP, CRM, HCM, and digital platforms.
    • Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, RPA) to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
    • Leadership & Team Development
    • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Champion transparent communication between IT and other business units to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
    • Infrastructure & Operations
    • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide infrastructure, applications, and security.
    • Establish best practices for service delivery, cybersecurity, and business continuity, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure operations.
    • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify technology requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable ROI.
    • Develop and manage relationships with external IT partners and vendors, optimizing performance, costs, and overall value.

     

    Qualifications

    • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior management roles.
    • Enterprise Systems Expertise: Proven success implementing and optimizing ERP, Salesforce, and CPQ platforms.
    • Digital Transformation: Track record of driving large-scale tech initiatives, leveraging data analytics and modern frameworks (Agile, DevOps).
    • Security & Risk Management: Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related) strongly preferred.
