Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic leader will join the executive team and steer the digital roadmap to support new market opportunities, service lines, and potential M&A initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy & Transformation
- Define and execute a future-forward IT strategy encompassing ERP, CRM, HCM, and digital platforms.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, RPA) to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Champion transparent communication between IT and other business units to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Infrastructure & Operations
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide infrastructure, applications, and security.
- Establish best practices for service delivery, cybersecurity, and business continuity, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure operations.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify technology requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Develop and manage relationships with external IT partners and vendors, optimizing performance, costs, and overall value.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior management roles.
- Enterprise Systems Expertise: Proven success implementing and optimizing ERP, Salesforce, and CPQ platforms.
- Digital Transformation: Track record of driving large-scale tech initiatives, leveraging data analytics and modern frameworks (Agile, DevOps).
- Security & Risk Management: Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related) strongly preferred.
