Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Vice President of Product, AI Solution s to lead the development and execution of GenAI-powered conversational agents, insights and analytics, and workflow automations across multiple client groups within NBCUniversal. This individual will oversee both the conversational AI product strategy, enhancing customer interactions through NLP and machine learning, the AI-driven insights and analytics product strategy, and workflow automation product strategy to deliver GenAI-powered business capability to the business. In addition, this role will create and steward reusable enterprise GenAI patterns and products useful to the business.
This role is critical in helping our business make data-driven decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer engagement using AI technologies. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders across various divisions and our enterprise engineering team, ensuring our AI products meet the diverse needs of direct consumers, partners, and enterprise clients.
