    Job Description

    The Role: Strategy is seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Product Management with a strong background in data analytics to lead our data product portfolio. This leadership role is instrumental in shaping and executing MicroStrategy's data and analytics strategy, driving innovation, and delivering state-of-the-art data solutions to our customers.

    In-Office Position : At Strategy, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in-office days with Fridays as work-from-home.

    Your Focus:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and goals. Define the product roadmap and set clear priorities to drive product development.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs in the data and analytics domain. Use these insights to inform product strategy and make data-driven decisions.
    • Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of data and analytics products. Ensure product quality, usability, and timely delivery.
    • Establish strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve data products. Act as a customer advocate within the organization.
    • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, product packaging, and expansion into new markets. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics technology and apply this knowledge to enhance Strategy's product offerings.
    • Ensure data products comply with relevant regulations and security standards. Implement best practices for data privacy and security.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the performance of data products. Use data to assess product effectiveness and make improvements.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of leadership in product management, specifically in the AI space.
    • Deep knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
    • Proficiency with database management systems and data warehousing.
    • Familiarity with leading AI vendors and their offerings.
    • Experience with ETL processes and tools.
    • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with agile product development methodologies.
    • Prior experience in a senior leadership role within a technology-driven organization.
