Accountable.US is seeking a Vice President to lead a campaign and manage its strategic messaging, engagement, research, and communications. You would also serve as a key spokesperson and liaison for the organization in your program area. The ideal candidate is an innovative strategist and a collaborative partner who understands how to use research to engage in narrative-driving work, create impact, and who can engage diverse stakeholders to advance the organization's mission. This role requires a proactive, adaptable leader committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Some night and weekend work is required in this fast-paced, dynamic position.

The salary range for this position is $175,000-$200,000. Exact compensation package is commensurate with experience. Our excellent benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a 401(k) match, generous paid time off, professional development opportunities, and more. Accountable.US is currently operating in a hybrid work environment and requires employees to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week, although this requirement is subject to change. Some weekend work may be required.
