    Job Description

    As the Vice President of Sales & Client Development, you will architect and execute comprehensive sales and account management strategies that consistently exceed revenue targets while scaling and developing high performing sales and account management teams. You will develop, implement, and optimize sales processes, create and manage team quotas, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and member growth, customer retention, and overall business success.

    This is an Orlando, FL based role that will require working in the Orlando office at least 2 days per week.

    Essential Functions

    • Architect and implement aggressive growth strategies that transform market position and accelerate revenue generation across both new business and existing accounts.
    • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing inside sales and account management teams that consistently exceed targets.
    • Design and execute strategic account expansion plans that maximize client lifetime value and ensure industry-leading retention rates.
    • Drive executive-level client relationships and strategic partnership discussions to secure and grow major accounts.
    • Partner with executive leadership to shape company-wide growth initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
    • Leverage advanced analytics and modern sales technologies to optimize performance and create scalable processes.
    • Develop and implement innovative performance management and incentive systems that drive accountability and results.
    • Ensure seamless integration of sales priorities across product, marketing, and customer success functions.
    • Lead the creation and execution of sales enablement programs that accelerate growth.
    • Transform market insights and competitive intelligence into actionable revenue strategies.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B environments
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
    • Exceptional B2B sales acumen with a deep understanding of the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing
    • Ability to lead large (30+) member new business and account management growth sales teams managing multi-million-dollar portfolios
    • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and leverage sales data to inform strategies and drive performance improvements
    • High-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales performance software, and sales automation technologies
    • Proven expertise in strategic sales planning, forecasting, and team leadership
    • Advanced proficiency in modern sales technologies including CRM tools, sales performance software, and sales automation technologies
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Ability to work onsite a minimum of 2 days per week
    • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 10-15%
