    Job Description

    The Proposal Management Team is part of the Sales Enablement Group within the NBCU Ad Sales Organization. Sales Enablement collaborates across the organization to drive concise, consistent, and customized messaging to all clients and agencies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team that creates cohesive stories and pitch decks to support sales goals through planning elements including media/marketing, audience activation, insights and strategy.
    • Drive concise, consistent and customized messaging to all clients and agencies.
    • Manage a shared resource central repository of assets collateral and go-to-market materials.
    • Partner closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Category, Development, Insights and Measurement to deliver custom solutions and quarterly show sheets for growth and differentiation including content and campaigns.
    • Provide customized training for Sales & Marketing teams.
    • Partner with agency and client sales team to align on priority initiatives.
    • Promote a highly collaborative, innovative data-driven culture that challenges norms with a bias to action and speed; support diversity of thought, experience and approaches to solve issues.
    • Ensure transparency, collaboration, and communication with senior leadership and stakeholders – advocate and champion strategy, team and process.
    • Maintain working knowledge of competitive set to adequately position NBCU.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of demonstrable experience in sales proposal strategy with senior leadership.
    • Advertising sales, sales marketing or agency experience.
    • Demonstrated history of success in forging and developing excellent relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Recent, relevant experience in large, matrixed organizations.

    • Proven leader with experience retaining, attracting and motivating best-in-class talent.

    Additional Requirements:

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
