Position: Sports Marketer Are you a driven, self-starter ready to find and create exciting opportunities? As a Sports Marketer at Endurance, you’ll work hands-on with athletes, helping them unlock their full potential by identifying and securing unique partnerships that elevate their personal brands. This role is perfect for a passionate sports enthusiast who’s creative, strategic, and relentless in the pursuit of new opportunities. You’ll work on building dynamic sponsorships and connections that help athletes grow and succeed!

Responsibilities:

Take charge by developing and executing forward-thinking partnership strategies, connecting athletes with powerful brands!

Actively seek and create sponsorship opportunities, driving an ongoing pipeline of new potential partners.

Collaborate closely with athletes to understand their brand vision and identify the best opportunities for growth.

Develop and pitch compelling partnership proposals tailored to the needs of athletes and brands alike.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors, ensuring seamless execution and impactful campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in sports marketing, partnership development, or similar roles.

A true self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and creating opportunities.

Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and athlete representation.

Exceptional communication skills with a passion for relationship-building and negotiation.
