    Required Experience

    • Strategic Leadership Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years in executive leadership roles.

    • Team Leadership and Development: Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

    • Operational Prowess: Experience in optimizing advisory services operations, including methodology, resource allocation, and service delivery efficiency.

    • Communication and Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the extensive experience articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.

    • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Health and Human Services policy trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities, enabling the development of innovative service offerings.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven leadership experience in working across organizational boundaries to align teams and drive the achievement of growth objectives.

    • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in managing executive-level client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    In this role you will work along the Delineate Senior Leadership to:

    • Provide advisory & consulting services to clients to identify and solve complex problems aimed at improving outcomes for Delineate and it’s Partners’ clients.

    • Build and implement a professional development and mentoring program at Delineate to support the personal and professional growth of Delineate employees with the goal of improving performance, client satisfaction, employee retention, and employee health & well-being.

    • Collaborate with Delineate Leadership to better define the consulting and advisory services line of business. Subsequently, support the gradual implementation of processes and standards geared towards improving consulting service delivery and project outcomes.

    • Provide subject matter expertise to Delineate and its clients in the form of client meetings and proposal/marketing material development.

    • Drive the strategic growth of advisory services by identifying opportunities, developing innovative service offerings, and fostering strong client relationships.
