HCT seeks an experienced Nurse leader to serve as the interim Vice President of Ambulatory Care in Northern California. The key areas of focus for this Vice President are:

• Responsible to steward and implement strategic plans, to lead quality improvement initiatives with a focus on patient-centered care and health equity, to optimize operational efficiencies, and to manage relationships across departments and with external partners in ambulatory care delivery
• Directs operations for specialty and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) primary care clinics
• Driving improvements in the quality and value of care

Requirements:

• Education: Masters of Nursing (MSN) degree required
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive management in a multi-site outpatient clinic setting or similar healthcare organization; Experience managing and building teams in a un unionized environment
• License: California RN License required
• Certifications: American Heart Association BLS required
• Computer Skills: EMR (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite preferred
