    As the VP of Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives. You will lead a high-performing data team, fostering a data-driven culture, and delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
    • Oversee data governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
    • Build and lead a high-performing data analytics team, attracting and retaining top talent.
    • Partner with business leaders to identify data-driven opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
    • Develop and implement advanced analytics and data science capabilities, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI.
    • Establish a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting data literacy and adoption.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
    • Measure and communicate the impact of data initiatives on business performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record as a VP of Data and Analytics or similar leadership role.
    • Deep understanding of data management, governance, and quality principles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
    • Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
    • Proficiency in data modeling, architecture, and warehousing.
    • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Advanced degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field preferred.
