    What do we need?

    We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering Automation & Integration to lead the technical integration strategy across systems, platforms, and teams, ensuring seamless alignment of engineering efforts with business objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale integration projects, optimizing engineering processes, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. The VP will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering scalable, integrated solutions that enhance Aspirion’s technology and service delivery.

    What will you provide?

    • Develop and execute a strategic vision for integrating engineering systems, platforms, and processes across the organization with an AI-first lens
    • Oversee complex technical integrations resulting from mergers, acquisitions, or platform enhancements to ensure alignment with business goals
    • Collaborate with leadership teams across IT, product, and operations to identify opportunities for process optimization, technology alignment, and scalability
    • Manage and lead cross-functional engineering teams through the integration process, ensuring efficient coordination, communication, and delivery
    • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions, leveraging cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern software engineering practices
    • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement
    • Develop and implement best practices for system interoperability, data governance, and infrastructure consistency across engineering teams
    • Serve as a strategic leader during organizational growth and system transformation, delivering on-time, high-quality outcomes
    • Mentor and develop engineering leaders and teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
    • Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for all integration-related projects to optimize delivery and maximize ROI
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, NIST) during integrations and migrations, emphasizing data security and privacy
    • Lead executive-level reporting on integration progress, KPIs, risks, and solutions, providing transparency and actionable insights

    Requirements

    • Extensive experience leading technical integration efforts, including cloud platform migrations, system consolidations, and API-driven interoperability
    • Deep expertise in modern cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP), microservices architecture, and enterprise system design
    • Strong understanding of data governance, security frameworks, and compliance standards such as HIPAA and NIST
    • Demonstrated experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation tools
    • Proven success driving technology modernization efforts, including legacy system transformation and platform optimization
    • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing engineering leaders
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience overseeing budgets, timelines, and deliverables
    • Ability to collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve business goals
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Ability to analyze complex challenges, identify opportunities, and implement innovative solutions that align with strategic priorities

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required. A Master’s degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business is preferred
    • 12+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale system integration

    The US base pay range is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a bonus tied to achieved results.
